About Me

My story

I am an industry speaker, consultant, and recycler. I grew up in the recycling industry, and after graduating with my MBA from the University of Vermont, I decided to take the corporate career route. I worked for several years for both major consolidators at an executive level, serving as the National Sales Manager for GreenLeaf Auto Recycling and the Regional Director for B&R Auto Wrecking. I also created the industry's first hybrid self-service and full-service superstore for Schnitzer Steel.

After my time in the corporate arena, I realized that i wanted to be able to build something that was my own vision. In 2011, I started New England Auto and Truck Recyclers (NEATR) with no outside funding. Within 10 years, I had grown the company from nothing to over 30 million per year in sales before selling the company to Fenix Parts in 2021.

My passion is teaching others my leadership and sales skills that I have mastered over the years. At my core, I am a builder and motivator of people. My goal is to make everyone I meet just a little bit better than they were before.
